As Detroit Entrepreneurship Co-Lead, I plan and facilitate monthly programming for Fellows, including Ideation Sessions, a Rocket Mortgage Demo Day Virtual Watch Party, and more.

I implemented a monthly Accountability Meetup where Fellows share progress, soundboard, and ideate with one another on their ventures, side projects, and goals.

Marketing:

  • Built a KPI dashboard on Excel to track all of our reporting metrics including CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin across channels.

  • Ran all of our social media accounts @ashanderie.

  • Created emails, paid ads, social content, and website graphics in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign).

  • Led growth experiments across paid media, CRO, email, referral, and Try-Before-You-Buy marketing.

  • Launched viral stunt shortkingdating.com securing placements in InsideHook, AskMen, and Cosmo.

Customer Support & Fulfillment Operations:

  • Implemented 150 Zendesk macros (from 30 macros) that decreased first response times by 35% (24 to 16 hours).

  • Hired, trained, and managed 2 agents in responding to over 800 customer/month on Zendesk, chat, phone, and social; processing refunds; and more.

  • Established processes and automations to make support and fulfillment ops more efficient using Excel and Monday.com.

  • Worked with fulfillment center to ensure all orders are shipped within SLA, solve any backorder issues, and get reimbursed for errors.

  • Completed International Shipping Analysis to save $2k+ in shipping costs monthly.

  • Managed inventory levels and order fulfillment supplies such as package inserts, bags, and more.

  • Ran Support and Fulfillment Operations by myself after COVID-related layoffs.
